Book: Lament for a Son
I had this book passed on to me by a friend who had suffered a great personal loss.
I can’t explain how deeply moving the pages are, and how significant it is to those who are, or will, deal with people through time of grief.
This book is written by a professor/theologian from Calvin college who lost his son to a mountain climbing accident. It is a very profound glimpse into the mind and soul of an individual struggling with grief.
Pastors, ministers, counselors… do yourself and those you serve a favor and pick up a copy of this book. Read the reviews on Amazon for more info.
