Zephaniah 3:17
Ephesians 3:18-20
When speaking of the love of God…
How do you describe the indescribable?
How do you explain the unexplainable?
How do you frame the infinite?
More has been said, written, sung about and preached on the Love of God than any other subject regarding Him…
The used car salesman pushes his wares not with literary prose, but with the convincing enticement that can’t be turned down. Each “unbeatable offer” is followed with the words, “But wait! There’s more!” Empty promises wrapped in words of hope.
But when it comes to the incredible love of God… just when you think you’ve heard it all… “But wait… there’s more!”
Zephaniah 3:17 (NIV)…
The LORD your God is with you,
“But wait… there’s more!”
he is mighty to save.
“But wait… there’s more!”
He will take great delight in you,
“But wait… there’s more!”
he will quiet you with his love,
“But wait… there’s more!”
he will rejoice over you with singing.”
Just when you think you’ve understood his incredible greatness… there’s more.
