		<description>Great thoughts.  Thanks for your openness.  As a pastor (15 yrs.) I have tried to be Dad first to my children.  I have intentionally kept church issues from being discussed at home, and that is no easy task.  The ministry can claim the pastors family if he does not guard carefully.  People are more than willing to place unacceptable claims and expectations on the pastor&#039;s wife and children.
My stance has been and will continue to be, &quot;I am a husband, a dad, and a pastor...&quot; in that order.</description>
